Payment

1. Payment Methods Credit Card:

We accept major international credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) via our secure online checkout gateway.
Convenience Store Code Payment (Taiwan Only): Taiwan domestic customers can opt for Convenience Store Code Payment (C2C/B2C) to pay at 7-11, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, or OK Mart.
Bank Wire Transfer / Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): We accept direct bank transfers. Banking details and SWIFT code will be provided on your Proforma Invoice upon order confirmation.

2. Currency & Processing Fees 

Currency: All transactions and quotes are denominated in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) or US Dollars (USD) as indicated on your invoice.
Transaction Fees: Customers are responsible for any applicable credit card foreign transaction fees or intermediate bank handling charges associated with wire transfers.

3. Payment Confirmation & Production Timing

Important Notice: Please make sure to add our official WhatsApp account before making a payment or placing an order to confirm artwork proofs, order details, and invoice details.
Production Requirement: Production for custom and made-to-order products begins only after full payment is received and the artwork proof is officially approved.
Payment Receipt: If paying via Bank Wire Transfer, please kindly send us a screenshot or copy of your payment receipt along with your Order/Invoice Number to help us verify and expedite your order.

4. Invoices & Receipts
 

A digital Invoice / Receipt will be issued for every order and sent via email or messaging app.
If your company or organization requires specific billing information (e.g., Club Name, Tax ID, Purchaser Name), please inform us prior to payment.
